Hazy straw colored brew with an absent head. Aromas of bananas, clove, coriander, yeast, and lemon. Nice, hefty body with a pronounced yeasty component. Very solid American hefe.

On tap at brewery. Pours cloudy, milky, yellow with a white head. Aroma is banana and cloves. Flavor is light wheat and hint of oranges and coriander that are quickly taken over by banana and cloves. Yeasty finish.

Cloudy golden orange pour with a thin white head and very light lacing .... Aroma of clove, banana and orange with some coriander ..... Taste is of wheat and grainy with light notes of orange, banana and clove .... Finishes with flavors of wheat and orange/coriander ..... Sessionable and well done aroma smells better than the taste

Ordered the sampler tray with a friend and we both agreed that the Lancaster HEFE is the best Hefeweizen in Central PA. Earthy and full of flavor.

Very very cloudy orange appearance. Leaves a residue in the glass. Smells of oranges. Some herb, citrus. Good texture.

Everything you expect in a quality hefe is here- banana, clove, yeast. Hazy yellow with 1-finger head, slight spice in flavor. Good.

Tan-gold, lightly hazy and with a silk cream top. Wheat nose with a nice mix of clove and banana. Well-developed body that strikes a perfect balance of wheat, clove, banana, and understated breadyness. Effervescent and crisp throughout. Sprightly and spicy on the tongue. Wonderful mouthfeel,

Draft. Strong clove aroma, light gold color, sweet taste, a little syrupy . Decent hefe but not one to run back to.

Another fantastic Pennsylvania Hefe. Pours golden from tap with a thin white head and some nice banana notes on the nose. Nice spiciness on the tongue. The beer feels like it’s coating your mouth as you drink it. Has a nice astringent quality on the finish. Very nice!
