Blind tasted with 2 other Koelshes. Beers were: 1. Tap Room No. 21 Summer Ale 2. Lancaster Kolsch 3. Lake Effect Super Bier. All 3 raters rated the beers 213 and deemed none of these beer to be remotely resembling of a Koelsch. Jayb0 (1218) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - SEP 16, 2016
355ml can. Gold pour. Aroma is root beer with some lime. Flavor is lemony and slightly malty. Oxidized slightly.
Post tasting thoughts:
Weird "koelsch" but also the most drinkable of the 3.
Pretty good kolsch, crisp, somewhat dry and with decent spritz. Enjoyable but for a somewhat hard to describe "muskiness" that seemed a bit out of place. dlovell2 (2351) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUL 19, 2016
On tap at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is light biscuit malt, flowers, and yeast. Flavor is bready malt with a hint of crisp citrus and floral notes with a yeasty finish. closey22 (2109) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - JUL 13, 2016
Clear golden with thin white head; aroma is grainy; flava is mildly sweet mildly bitter dry grain; feels light with moderate fizz; finishes dry moderately bitter hints of grass MacNJ (109) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 28, 2016
This golden Kolsch is the perfect lawnmower beer or ice cold canned offering for the beach. Like the can reads, it is "crisp, clean, and refreshing." The best part is that the flavor sustains itself over an afternoon. Cheers!

Drank from a twelve ounce can, poured into a pint glass. Smells wheaty, tastes wheaty. DocLock (11106) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2015

Wasn’t a fan of the Aroma but upon tasting it I was quite surprised by the crisp clean flavor and tasted slight apple tones. I know this beer wins a lot of awards and it should, it’s a great summer beer. gripweed57 (2910) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - JUN 30, 2015
12 ounce can. Amber orange color. Nice Amber orange color topped by a moderate Rocky white head with clinging lace. Slightly grainy, bready malt nose. Interesting bitter grainy malt flavor with a hint of mustard seed and lemon peel. Dry and crisp. Grassy hops in finish. Pleasant and refreshing. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 19, 2015
Pours pale orange with a thin white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of bready pilsmalts, citrus, floral hops, sweet malts, and some light biscuit malts. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has medium-light body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, slightly bitter, medium finish. Overall, a pretty tasty, refreshing, and drinkable kolch.
