Cask conditioned handpump Coal Hole London 05/07/13. A golden beer with a white head and lace. A floral sweet spicy beer. Quite refreshing with a lingering flavour. Quite nice and does what it sets out to do.
Cask @ Blackburne Pub & Eatery, Liverpool. Golden with a small head. There’s citrus lemon and grapefruit in both its nose and taste, none of which is overbearing and it’s a fairly decent easy-drinking golden ale with a fairly light texture. McNeillR (2322) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 3, 2015
Very pale and clear golden, ringed thin head. Odd soda and lime nose. Thin, maltless lemon. Cooling carbonation but very very thin. Soft floral juicy finish and a forgettable lemon linger. cgarvieuk (24788) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 3, 2015

500ml bottle from Booths, Penwortham. As Booths lemongrass ale. Looks like Lancaster has a separate rate for the cask version. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Aromas of lemonade and soap. Crisp mineral zing. Light body, thin finish. Ok.

Bottle. Medium white head. Gold body. Nose is grass and modest amounts of tropical fruit. Floral, lemongrass, lemon, lemonade. Bittersweet with some tanginess. Dry finish. Otterdance (164) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JAN 28, 2014
10 Bells, Norwich. Golden ale with mild lemony citrus hops. The citrus isn’t front and centre as expected and actually quite subdued. There is a little black pepper to give it spice, some straw and wet cardboard in there as well. Light body. Would work chilled with hot food. kwik-lime (1946) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2014
Cask at JDWs in Surbiton. Really citrus, dry hop balanced by biscuity malt. Really enjoyable beer. kassner (1666) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 1, 2013
On tap in Bath. I liked this beer for its light but distinctive taste. Light golden color and slight head, very drinkable larsga (7564) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 10, 2013
Medium creamy head. Clear pale yellow body. Light fruity spicy aroma with floral notes. Dry-sweet fruity floral wooden taste with resiny grape notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, flat, soft mouthfeel. Dry floral dandelion aftertaste with lemongrass and herbs and grape notes. Peppery cedar wood finish. Very nice, initially, gets a little sharp and bitter after a while.
