12 oz bottle. Very nice, a :thicker" pale ale with a very nice nose. Tastes of honey, bread, biscuit and caramel. Fruity hint of melon with a touch of apple juice.

hopdog (13191) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 26, 2015
12oz bottle. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Citrus and some toastiness. A bit watery and thin.

Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a decent hazy looking orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than forty five seconds. The lacing that was left was pretty minimal with what was there just kind of went all over the place. The smell had some floral to somewhat piney notes. The taste was mainly sweet with a light bitter floral hoppiness trying to make its way into the flavoring. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat sharp, still good for the style. Overall, I say this was mainly a pretty good beer worthy of having again.

Pours clear dark straw with off-white head. Nose was pale malt, piney hops, citrus. Tasted bready malty, hoppy, with some citrus and finishing florals.

12 oz. bottle. Amber orange with a white head. Aromas of caramel, citrus, fruit and hops. Sour lemony flavors with caramel, malt amd hops. Way too sour to be enjoyable. Completely off balance.

HardingG (76) - Butler, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Not nearly as good as the Amish four grain - but comparable. Bready, but w/ the citrus flavored hops. Still, much better than most American pale ales

shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Bottle. Lactic lemon and barley malt aroma. Dark golden yellow with moderate head. Stale barley malt and lightly bitter citrus peel flavor. Mediocre.

queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - JUN 13, 2013
Bottle. Bready caramel malt and lemon-grapefruit hops aroma. Hazy amber with a large off-white head. Follows the nose with bready caramel malt and lemony herbal hops flavor. Light body, soft carbonation.

callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2013
Orange-amber body, medium offwhite head, spotty lacing. Light citric hops and pale malts. Medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, minimal bitterness. Simple.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8291) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark amber color with a large creamy yellow-tan head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet grapefruit and lemon. The flavor was tangy and sweet with moderate grapefruit and lemon and a bready undertone. Medium length finish of grapefruit and lemon. Medium body. A bit subdued but pleasant.

mattern33 (106) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 16, 2013
Bottle. Light amber, unfiltered appearance. Minimal initial hop aroma. Light on palate; light malty taste. Average.
