6.5% gold colour with a good head, sweet fruity malt aroma, slightly sweet fruity taste, very good beer. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2005
Bottled. A hazy blonde coloured beer which did gush on opening. The aroma is spicy and peppery. The taste is also spicy and peppery with a long spicy, but slightly sweet finish. A very well brewed example of this style and possibly one of the best French beers I’ve had. omhper (25541) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 25, 2004
Bottled. Cloudy golden. Buttery aroma. Sweet and malty. Dense, yet lively mouthfeel, complex mild flavour. A pleasant beer. GonZoBeeR (3061) - ste-catherine, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 10, 2005

Medium sweet, malty flavor. Spicy notes, candy flavor, fruiy and honey notes. Light bitter, dry end. Dorqui (2260) - Brescia, ITALY - DEC 10, 2006
UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Bottled. Voluminous and adherent head, optimal persistence. Much hazy and dense orange color with golden glares. Good fizz. Pleasant and balanced scent: determined notes of malt and yeast with spiced and balsamic rumors. Fresh and aged taste with pleasant must and yeast aromas. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - DEC 15, 2011
Clean light copper body with bubbly, active white head. Fruity start, leaves, lots of light yeast. Typical for the style, I’d say. Body is fairly light but with enough tasty sweetness. Very drinkable and pretty well made. Definitely a good example of the style.
