Thanks Bruno for this bottle that we share together at Mossel. In my point of view, it is a standard weissbier, nothing amazing but it makes the job to be refresh after the job, il dopolavoro. The color is traditional for the style: yellow, creamy and troubled, the carbonation is a bit lower than usual, thin and white foam, a bit watery, wheat maybe that you have some corn, few banama touch, sweet, few hop, ok for the price that you pay. The weizen version of the "Farmer", less agressive on the stomach than the blond.
Industrial weizen with no speical character. Cheap. A great product for cultivating your alcoholism. A bad product for learning what good beer is. omhper (25941) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2012
Canned, thanks Bov! Cloudy pale golden, no head. Papery nose. Sweetish wit medium body and sloppy, stikcy mouthfeel, More pear leminad than banana. Low bitterness. To poorly made to be refreshing. rand (1920) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 27, 2011
Bottle 33 cl from Landi - Kerzers (CH). Milky veiled blonde with white and instable foam, quiet crackling. Aromas of grain, yeast, clove. Soft and fruity mouth, flavour wheat, without bitterness, average roundness and acidity. A little sweetish, lack of vivacity. Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 15, 2005
thanks to Jürg Oberli for this one - it pours a cloudy dark orange colour with almost no foam; very corny nose with a touch of banana; oily with a high carbonation and a moderate malt body, very sweet with a heavily corny and a bit spicy finish - this one is wandering on the cloying side of weizen ...
