Malty sweet aroma. Velvety mouthfeeling. Extremely soft. Malty and sweet. Some bitterness in the end. A perfectly balanced beer.

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2006
Bottled. Deep amber coloured. Fruity aroma and flavour. Notes of butterscotch. Slightly bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel. Very well balanced. Something this nice is not exactly what you expect from Bitterfeld.

chrisv10 (17428) - DENMARK - AUG 19, 2011
Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear deep golden with small white head. Flavour is malt, hops, caramel, fruit, little floral, little peach, little sweet and a little bitter.

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 19, 2011
Bottle. It pours a beautyful, clear golden body and a small, but dense, off-white head. Pleasant aroma with a touch of sugar, but mostly it’s hoppy. Some maltyness to off course. Smooth, medium to full-bodied and dry on the palate, a nice bitterness towards the end. Initially there’s a sweet feeling, but it’s not really sweet. Pale malts, grass and hay notes. A very good one, indeed. 110819

Clear medium to dark yellow amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, peach notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - SEP 15, 2012
Bottle bought at the brewery. Looks really good. Beer in the glass golden, nice head. Starts intense spicy, modest moldy-malty, quite grasy. A bit unbalanced. Finish milder, more balanced, less moldy. Quite okay.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - NOV 3, 2012
bottle, thank you kappldav123! Clear deep golden colour, large white head. Malty, hints of marzipane. Grassy-dusty hops round the beer. Definitely has its own character.

Erzengel (8744) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - OCT 31, 2014
Rating from 2005. Merkwürdig brotig-getreidiges Bier. Irgendwie unrund. Leicht herb im Nachgeschmack. Merkwürdig... --> 10
