27.11.13 Bottle 500ml as "Winterfestbier". Clear amber color, small white head. Bready, grassy, cardboardish aroma. Medium-bodied. Quite watery festbier. Light caramel, bready maltyness. Simple. yngwie (17262) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 17, 2012
Bottle. It pours an amber colored body under a small, off-white head. The aroma has a touch of caramel, with some fruityness and sugary maltyness. A bit dull in the mouth, smooth and medium bodied. The flavor has caramel, fruityness and a little bitterness. Some bitterness and fruityness in the end. Overall, rather boring, especially considering it’s a beer for the dark months. 120217 Dedollewaitor (16439) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 17, 2012

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, quite stable off-white head; solid roast-malty and nutty nose with a tinge of molasses; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; hops and molasses and dark malt in the finish. A well balanced, complex brew....... olio (10601) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 16, 2011

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a light-beige foamy head. Sweet toast-malty and quite nutty aroma with notes of caramel, hints of molasses and light herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a balancing level of bitterness, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Toast-malty, distinctively nutty taste with caramel and rounded hoppy accents; toasty bitter-sweet, slightly hoppy finish. Very good dark Festbier. 08.XII.09 Erzengel (9618) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 16, 2015
Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. The beer is malty-smooth in the beginning. Fresh, not too much bitterness. dry-sweetish malt (nice combi), the bitterness appears in the end with a moderate aroma, but fits in nice. The sweetish body dominates the picture, malty-sweetish and slightly bitter aftertaste.
