50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a diminished white head. Mild cornish and dry aroma. Light bitterness and vague butterish note to a crisp pilsner malty base flavour. Ends mild bitter and slight citric. MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 12, 2008
(bottle, purchased at the brewery shop) Clear, golden colour with a lacing mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly spicy and herbal hoppy nose with a light malty sweetness. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a very soft mouthfeel. Smooth malty, slightly grainy malty taste with delicate herbal hops, which are getting more pronounced towards the rounded finish with a moderate length. Balanced and soft Pilsener (11.X.08). (Bottle 50 cl) Clear yellow with a small white head. Mashy aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet malts and a fairly dry and bitter finish. 041008 MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2008
Bottle, 5.0%. Sweet mashy aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very small white head. Citric and slightly rough flavour, but still OK. Rough hoppiness. Hint of butter and flowery aroma hops in the finish. jonas (7985) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - FEB 15, 2004
Pineneedle aroma (or am I under influence of the picture on the bottle?), fruity malt as well.
Golden, lowish head and carbonation.
Good nourishing malt base with a fine broad hop profile on top (grassy notes) - very pleasant.
Full, slightly oily mouthfeel which would benefit from a well-lagered fine carbonation.

The brewer was so kind to gave me this beer for free. Hoppy aroma. Malty, very hoppy and herbal taste. Barnyard smell present. Long bitter finish.
