Small bottle into wine glass. Honey, bread aroma. Sweet malty floral taste. Smooth almost creamy mouthfeel. Long finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared at home. Almost clear golden with white head. Flowery, fresh milk, honey, raw grains, spicy yeast, Szechuan pepper, tea. Very aromatic almost perfumy. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft but present carbonation. Interesting.

Flasche 75cl. Goldgelb, leichte Trübung. Lebhafte Carbonisation, Gushing. Kleine weiße Schaumkrone. Nicht pasteurisiert. Ale-Hefe?

33cl bottle best by 2018 from notes - belgian ale or biere de garde. Caramel, grass, floral, biscuit. Balanced but a tad sweet. Perfumy finish. Odd. 7/3/6/2/12 or 3.0

RSRIZZO (2020) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAR 25, 2016
Corked and caged 750ml green bottle (Courtesy of Headbanger) with what looks like a small storm cloud sitting in the bottom. When I pulled the cork the cloud began to mix as the carbonation was released, so I poured it gently into a Tulip at 43°. Color came out a deep golden with a slight haze and surprisingly no floaties. Aroma is wheat, fruit and yeast. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes in with a faint sweetness that gives some wheat notes, lemon, pear and then just a hint of white pepper on the end. In the after taste a mild bitterness shows balancing it out and leaving a dry feel. Overall it’s a great brew, much better then I was expecting with that funky looking cloud.

Mousse blanche, couleur or paille, Arôme d’agrume, de levures. Au goût c’est fruité, les épices arrondissent cette bière. Une belle réalisation. Pression 33 Cl Ch’Carrefour Gourmand, Armentières.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2016 It’s average, drinkable. When I first opened the bottle I knew that it was about wheat, smells like crops. Pretty poor taste, the beer watery to me... fresh in the summer it’d be great though, I guess...

04/04/2015 - sample of a 75cl bottle shared by a coleague. Clear blonde with nice white head. Nice carbonation. Grainy, a bit spices, a bit sweetness, a bit dusty. All a bit thin.

Digzis (109) - Nancy, FRANCE - DEC 20, 2015
Couleur blonde assez claire. Bulles assez grosses. Goût sur le malt, le Froment. Un peu épicée, un peu sucrée mais pas trop lourde. A boire assez fraîche. Pas trop mal au final...

Rulymel (294) - SPAIN - DEC 14, 2015
Maltose and rough, very farmy. Intense in flavor with fruity and spicy notes and a hint acid. What I liked in terms of ubiquitous brunes.
