Bottle as shown. Pours a clear orange golden with a medium frothy white head that diminishes quickly with a lot of carbonation. The aroma is a skunky fruit malt. The taste is an awful fruit mess with a horrible aftertaste that stays. Avoid this malt liquor. bhensonb (15973) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 6, 2010
Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours amber gold with a large, foamy off-white head. Malt aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It is malt liquor, but it has an earthy maltiness I find appealing. The sickening grain aspect of many common malt liquors is rather covered by the almost toastiness. Not a great brew, but way better than the big cans of American glop. crossovert (14135) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 22, 2011
11.2 oz green plastic bottle (elegant huh?).
Pours into my Unibroue tulip with a medium white head that initially struggles to form but turns out all right. It leaves a good amount of lacing as it recedes. The beer is a pale bronze/gold.
It smells like fruity paint thiner.
The taste is weird, it has a huge walnut flavor, with tons of caramel and a cloying sweetness. The alcohol burns.
Is this Belgium’s answer to Malt Liqour? It is on par mostly with an american malt lager.

mmmbeer sent this funny bonus along. Plastic bottle. Aroma of honey and rotten fruit with some alcohol and stank malt liquor. Flavor is sweet and bad. Really strong alcohol, rotting fruit, nasty. Nasty. Nasty. did I mention nasty? JoeMcPhee (10135) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 9, 2009
#2 in a disgusting Larine beer tasting. Very fusely aroma. Lots of sweet plasticy esters and sweet apple/pear cider character. Sweet pale, slick and quite nasty. A bit of ethanol on the back of the palate. This is pretty damn crappy, even by malt liquor standards.

Oh yeah, a Belgian Malt Liquor in a twist off green plastic bottle. Bought at Tres Bonne Cuisine. Too bad I didn’t share this with Eric, but don’t worry I saved some. Pours a clear copper color with almost no head, some bubbles. The aroma is repulsive; hot alcohol, almost like a shot of everclear, some more interesting Belgian notes struggle through. The flavor is basically like a hot and dirty liquor, some over-ripe apples, dirty water. Hot as hell. SudsMcDuff (8541) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - AUG 2, 2016
this beer kinda cost me my job, in a way, goddamn you stu and your rainy day antics and that stupid moron who can’t catch a bottle of this when i throw it at him .. . bitter garbage and corn flavours .. a menace of a beer. .. . clean up: beer aisle! Sledutah (7978) - Utah, USA - NOV 21, 2010
11.2oz green plastic bottle with a plastic cap, it’s gotta be real good! Shared by Doug, thanks for the addition of another style BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - NOV 18, 2008
Appearance: Clear yellow/golden with a small white head and some lacing
Aroma: Sweet malts, Belgian candy and hot alcohols
Taste: Watery and dirty dishtowel flavor
Wouldn’t recommend this one to anybody.
Bottle. Pours with a small fizzy white heead that fades over the clear golden body. Aroma of cereal, honey and alcohol burn. Taste is wet dog, alcohol burn, cardboard, corn, skunk and a clear metalic note in the aftertaste. Alcohol burn, fizzy and dry. Strykzone (7800) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Pint + can. Clear with lots of bubbles . A white layer of foam. This just isn’t very good. It leaves an unpleasant after taste. Some yeast, grain, honey, and euro hops in the flavor. It is thin in the mouth. Not one I can recommend.
