CapFlu (5126) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 9, 2016
Headless with a clear gold body. Nose of rather tart apples. Flavour is mildly sweeter than the nose lets on but there is some peel and vanilla notes. Very drinkable. Drank it one month after the best before date.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a cloudy orange with no head. Nose is very fruity, with apricot-like notes and medium sweet apples. Flavour is really complex, with notes of apricots, medium dry apples, and a touch of funk. Nice balance, with an easy drinking body. Very enjoyable.

Very nice cider. Clean, unstressed yeast, nice tartness, ripe apples, some honey and bread notes. Finish is very drying with tannic apple skins. Best Basque cider Iíve had so far.
