Bottle - Biscuity notes. Hazy gold with a nice rich beige head. Some biscuit and sweet malts with a bit of orange. Not, bad or good, just a bit boring. Oakes (18828) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 7, 2015
Lots of carbonation - cerveza viva indeed. Lively amber colour. Aroma is yeasty more than anything, which doesn’t surprise with a beer this lively. Sweet, very yeasty, no hop character. A bit of sticky pale malt character, maybe some biscuits, and that’s about it. Not much balance, really. I could probably finish one, but wouldn’t get any further. Bottle, 355ml. An amber beer with a small head and a lot of sediments. Aroma is of papaya, spices and alcohol. Taste is bitter, especially at the end. Finish is also kind of malty. There is a considerable amount of carbonation and astringency. Not a bad beer, but nothing remarkable. Sdaniel90 (1096) - Mexico City, MEXICO - AUG 7, 2014
Bottle, 355. Cloudy amber with heavy sediment and a minimal offwhite head. Sour, watery aroma with hints of honey, cereal and spices. Medium bodied, with high carbonation. Rich and smooth, with a deep caramel maltiness and subtle bitter character. Extremely well balanced and drinkable. On paper it shouldn’t be anything special, but this is just the type of ale I enjoy. omhper (25740) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 19, 2013
Bottled, from BeerBox, Condesa, Mexico City. Cloudy amber, rich coarse head. Aroma of overripe strawberries and butter. Very sweet with medium body and soft, sticky mouthfeel. Strawberry bubblegum, syrup and butter. Low bitterness. Just too sweet and phenolic.

"Dos Palomas La Marquesa Bitter Organic Chela". Pours cloudy golden-amber with a large eggshell head. Aroma of cereal and malt with light European hops, similar to a decent lager. Flavor is light and refreshing with pale malt and a bitter finish. Excessively carbonated.
