2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a golden clear with small head and minimal lacing. Funky nose with slight toasted hops. Bitter, herbal hop flavors. Thin bodied with moderate carbonation. Medium finish that is mildly bitter. This is very reminiscent of a Grolsch. Not terrible, but forgetable.
Bottle, hundreds of them in Slovenia and Trieste Italy.

Nič špeciálne, pitné, tretinková fľaška, čapák by asi chutil viac, slovinský mainstream. gripweed57 (2463) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - APR 29, 2017
From old tasting notes. Labeled as "Goldhorn Club". Hazy gold color. Rocky white head. Buttery light malt aroma. Tangy butterscotch malt flavor. Light hop flavor in middle is noticeably Saaz-like. Nice character and medium bodied. Lingering hoppy finish and aftertaste.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into lager glass.
Appearance: Clear golden colour, with rich head.
Aroma: Good aroma of barley malt.
Palate: Medium body; moderate carbonation.
Taste: Malt, bread, hint of sourness; medium bitter aftertaste.
Overall impression: Pivovarna Laško was one of my favourite breweries which unfortunately changed over the years. This beer is similar to “regular” Zlatorog but tastier and with richer aroma. vlada94 (187) - Nis, SERBIA - MAR 30, 2017
pretty much the same as the lasko zlatorog, clear golden colour with nice white head, slight malty and corn aroma, taste is a litlle more crisp then lasko zlatorog , and a little bit sweeter. glacier (276) - Warszawa, POLAND - MAR 28, 2017
