The Etruscan (672) - Tuscany, ITALY - MAY 14, 2017
White creamy full lasting head. Golden colour. Aroma is moderately malty with fruity (apple and pear), spicy and light hoppy an herbal notes. Flavor is moderately malty with light fruity (apple and plume) and spicy tones, ending in an hoppy and gently spicy finish. Light to medium bodied.

330 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy golden orange color with white head. Malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma, bread, citrusy fruity, orange, grass, banana, spicy. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish fruity and herbal-spicy yeasty aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones, notes of mirabelle, apricot, peach, some nettle. Taste is slightly tart, herbal-spicy yeasty, fruity, sweet-ish wheaty background, notes of nettle, mirabelle, some citrus, a peppery coriander touch. Gentle refreshing carbonation, soft palate. Harmonious, refreshing, maybe a bit sweet.

Blonde limpide à belle mousse en bouteille de 75 cl. Le 1e nez est vraiment spécial rappelant "les toilettes" ... puis arrivent les levures, les herbes, les céréales. Au contraire, la bouche est tout de suite agréable, épicée, un peu amère, sur le pain et le citron et un peu de sucre. Conseil : pour boire cette "saison", ne mettez pas trop souvent votre nez dans le verre ! :-)

Bottle from Beergium. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, earthy notes, a bit of hops, yeast, ripe fruits and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, earthy notes, hops, ripe fruits, grass and spices. Very nice brew.

It was a lovely saison; not too funky. I loved the balance and flavors. Was puzzled by the way the flavor at first is full, then it waekens and finishes off by returning to leave a delicious aftertaste.

F: big, white, collapsing and average lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malt, peach, herbal, grassy, hay, yeast, hint of spicy. T: malt, spicy, herbal, grassy, peach, camomile, banana, medium body, medium to high carbonation, once again very good and enjoyed beer from Dupont, 33cl bottle from Carrefour market - Saint-Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

Blond; nez sur le pain; bouche sur le pain également, des épices, légère amertume. Peu de longueur. Reste principalement sur le pain... agréable car plutôt fraiche, mais pas transcendant.

Etiquettée comme une ambrée, mais la robe est plutôt blonde légèrement orangée, avec une mousse blanche moyenne. Au nez on retrouve la levure Dupont (fromage, pain), des notes de citron et d’épices. L’attaque est assez amère, plutôt sur les houblons herbeux, les levures prennent rapidement le pas, et enfin ... plus rien. La longueur n’est pas très bonne. Sinon bonne carbo et corps assez aqueux. Pas mauvaise mais décevante sur la longueur, clairement en dessous de la Saison Dupont.
