Our Crème Ale is a traditional crème ale with both ale and lager yeast, this gives us the creamy smoothness of an ale with a nice dry crisp finish. The Creme Ale is great on hot summer days.

Bottle from Brewforia. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is dusty/herby. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt with slight nuttiness and some bitterness. Dry it is. Crisp maybe. Not at all bad.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Thanks! Pours a pale yellow color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of corn, caramel and light grassy and fruity notes. The taste is significantly dryer with corn, grainy notes and a grassy finish. Some toast as well. Nice level of sweetness. Well balanced. Medium bodied. Very nice cream ale.

More bready than creamy. Decent crisp body and an ok example of the style, but ultimately passable.

DuffMan (10549) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 24, 2015
On tap @ the brewpub, the first stop on TvM’s Bachelor Party Northwest Ale Trail Expedition. Pale straw gold, diminishing white head. Grainy profile with light florals. Clean and simple.
