Bottle. Clear amber color with ivory sheen. Big skanky, skunky, wet grass, cat piss aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice spicy, earthy, dank hop flavors with a dusty pale malt base__ nicely bitter throughout___super tasty pale ale zutroye (2) - - OCT 17, 2014 does not count
Slightly below the Green Flash citra. They nailed the nose. Great job Laughing Dog! MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 16, 2014
Nice golden pour with a good foam head and decent lacing. Aroma is pure tropical citrus. Strong notes of citrus fruits and pine. Good hoppy bitterness. A great IPA!

22 oz. bottle- Pours a nice and lively pale orange with a two finger bone white head that wants to stick around and does nicely with good layered lace. Aroma is very nice, those citra hops really resonate, fresh citrusy notes like peach, lemon and some grapefruit, some pine. The taste is similar, citra hops, which is what you want in a beer like this, piney, moderate bitterness, dry, citrusy. Body is medium, finish leaves your mouth dry, medium carbonation. I really liked this beer, Laughing Dog Does IPA or pale ales right, it’s all about the hop. At 68 IBU’s, I would consider this in the IPA category, but whatever. Very proud of my local brewer up here in North Idaho! jnanakul (26) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Poured in to a pint glass from a 22oz bottle. Orangeish/gold with a frothy off white head; 1-2 fingers with good retention. Definitely smells like a Citra pale: citrus, peach, honey, piney hops. Taste follows aroma: orange, lemon, peach, piney and a strong biscuity/malt backbone. Medium body, leaves tongue coated with straight bitterness and mouth is dry. Overall, one of the better beers in this category that I’ve had. It’s no ZD, not nearly as delicate. Definitely drinkable and cool that it’s semi-local. Definitely worth trying. beernovice39 (3269) - Idaho, USA - MAY 1, 2014
