COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Roasting the honey over an open fire produces incredible marshmallow and caramel flavors. This mead is a beautiful copper color that showcases the pure Pennsylvania honey that was fire caramelized. Another favorite!

From a bottle at beaver brewing. Very sweet like any mead. Yes honey arom aprevails with a tad of caramel. No fizz. Just flat and smooth on the palate, coating effect. Nice. Sweet finish, easy.

Bottle. Pours a copper color. Aroma of honey, light sweet roast. Flavor of light sweet honey, roasted almost roasted vegetal notes (but not "vegetal" per se just not overtly roasted). Probably drier than their other meads. 7/4/6/4/14 (3.5/5)

Pours amber with no head. Aroma is sweet and floral. Taste starts floral, turns into strong marshmallow and leaves a wonderful honey aftertaste. Very delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
