Draught at the Brewpub. Yeasty, spicy nose, caramel, coffee. Pretty amber-orange color with lace. Sweet caramel and fruit flavor, Belgian yeast spiciness, slight fruity tang, some hops. Bitter, dry finish.

Hmm, poor note-taking -- tap at Saraveza, maybe? Pours almost stout dark. Tastes kind of like a thicker, richer nut brown. Definitely not the same old Dubbel. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUN 21, 2012

Black in color, tan head thick as can be. Super thick dark chocolate and lots of added dark roast. This was thick and the added amount of fruit made for super brew. This was very interesting indeed.
Tap @ 15th Ave. Hophouse... Poured deep, ruby, burgundy with a lacy, eggy, grayish head. Roast and cocoa on the nose. Not really Abbey Dubbel-ish, but more American Dubbel-ish. Low esters, cocoa, coffee, roast, nutty and sweet malt.
