3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a bright pink with a fizzy white head. Lots of raspberry and belgian yeast esters in the aroma. Flavor has lots of raspberry and is pretty acidic. Champange-like carbonation and light-medium body. The raspberry acidity bit pretty hard on the palate but I still really liked this beer. Would have liked it to have a little funk or must.
Pours a fairly clear orange/pink... off white head... good retention and lacing.
Nose is big lactic sour with raspberry and some sorta tannic notes.
Flavor ... puckery tannic but the berries are present but seem to be dying off...
light body... very drinkable... not overly acidic and not acetic at all.
This one should be enjoyed sooner than later. BuckeyeBoy (7975) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 12, 2014
750ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a copper topped with a small head. Nose is funk pucker sour and a little fruit notes. Taste is not as much pucker as on the nose a nice light berry touch. neepsntatties (2008) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 10, 2013
Bottle. Colour...much like a rose wine but with a bit of head. Nose...redolent with raspberries combined with some vinegar and yeasty bits. Palate...not as much raspberry as was on the nose. There’s tartness here and a bit of dryness to go with the acetic character. The finish is clean and lightly fruity. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 10, 2013
750mL c&c. Clear pink pour with white bubbles. Nose is pretty jammy, salty, impending Acetic. Taste is sticky raspberry popsicle, but a bit papery, dry, dusty. Palate is papery, salty, popsicle. Gription79 (2891) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Tart raspberry, bready malts, thin, dry finish, fruity, slight tartness. This did not show well with all of the other lambics that were sampled.

Bottle from Corvallis. Pours a hazy orange with a faint purple hue to it. Offwhite head. Nose is solidly raspberry. Grainy notes in the nose as well. Fruit forward. On tasting, quite brett forward. Light tartness from the fruit. Fruit dominates here, lightly tart and clean. Dry finish. Really nice though not particularly sour. deyholla (11759) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a hazy reddish amber with a white head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of raspberry and a decent amount tartness. Flavor starts with nice light sweet raspberry and a bit of growing tartness. drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Thanks Brian. Pours hazed amber orange with white head. Aroma raspberry, Brett. Flavors watery Brett with raspberry and watermelon. Spritzy feel. Not sour at all but enjoyable in a sessionable way. Huhzubendah (3710) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 11, 2012
Shared by starrdogg at a recent tasting. Thanks Matt!
The beer is pink, appearing cloudy and hazy. The head is small and diminishes rapidly, leaving sparse lacing on the glass. The aroma is the best aspect of this beer. Piquant raspberries with a pleasant earthy quality. The taste is decent, but certainly a step down from the nose. Sharp and acetic finish, stinging the palate. Overall, this was OK.

Bottle at the Boise taste raspberries all night long tasting. Pours a deep red hue with a small white head. A nice nose of rich berries, wood and sourness. A very mellow flavor with big woody notes, berries, dusty, light funk, not too sour. Dry. Spicy at times. Good.
