Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a small off-white head over a hazed amber body. Aroma of honey, dates, dark fruits, caramel, hops and ash. Taste is caramel, honey, dark fruits and grain. Watery mouthfeel. hayduke (5218) - Eureka, California, USA - MAR 16, 2009
From a draft pour at the 51st and Sandy brewpub, this poured a dark amber with and off white head and good lacing. Nose is mild and of caramel malts with some floral hops. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is malty and the finish is your typical slightly bitter you get in ambers. A good rendition of the style.

Draft @ the NW location. Just your average beer here. nothing special. nothing to write home about. Beardface (1517) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - DEC 10, 2008
22 oz bomber. Dark amber pour with reddish tinge. Slight malt smell but mostly no aroma detected. Sweet caramel flavor with a bigger malt than hop profile but a fairly solid balance. Pretty heavily carbonated and with a slight and slightly offputting yeasty flavor. Pretty much your average run of the mill amber ale. anders37 (26657) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 4, 2008
Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy caramel flavor. Has a slightly sweetish malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste. ajm (1072) - Los Angeles, California, USA - NOV 20, 2008
