On tap at the PDX location. 6,1%. Pours a dark copper color with a medium white head. A nice nose of caramel and floral hops. The flavor is a big biscuit and caramel malt, some light bitterness and floral hops, smooth and clean. Quite good.

Very nice orangey red color. Hoppy and more like an ipa to me, but very smooth and flavorful

Draught at the Laurelwood NW Public House. Notes from tasting session. Good hopping, longer finish, good body, well-balanced. Beginning to think dark thoughts about Laurelwood until we got to this one.

Draft @ PDX. Rusty amber with a creamy off white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, pine and lightly fruity. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, bitter hops and some fruity esters. Medium body with a slightly thin mouth feel. This one is ok, nothing special.

Deep copper color with a light tan head. Nicely balanced, a slight malty toffee-like sweetness that leads to a punchy finish with a good does of hops. Nice and drinkable, though a bit full for a session beer.

KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 31, 2012
Draught at the Brewpub. Pretty copper color with lace. Nice citrus and caramel nose. Nicely malty flavor, good caramel and a bit of roast. Bitter hops, peppery finish. Quite bitter. Light citrus and grass. Good balance.

had from tap and poured into a pint glass. Pours a nice amber color with a good foamy head. Nice malt based aromas with some hop notes and grains. Not all that deep and singular, but it does do it well. Good medium body, but lacking some depth. The feel is nice and smooth with notes of malts and some hops. A pretty solid beer. It wasn’t the greatest in the world, but a very drinkable beer.

Dry hopped on cask at Baileys Taproom. Pours muddy amber with low carb. Taste is very little hops with heavy maltyness. Caramel sweetness and a light lemon backbone.
