Super sessionable and fresh. Farmhouse ale at it’s best. Don’t miss this hidden gem of a brewery.
[Bottle (660ml)] Pours a hazy, very bubbly yellow with a huge long-lasting frothy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Big yeasty aroma along with fruit, herbs and light hops. Flavour is yeasty, fruity and a bit herbal along with a hint of spices. Medium bodied. Pretty good Farmhouse. Crispy34 (496) - Texas, USA - JUL 17, 2015
Bomber bottle share. Aroma is very astringent and sweet. Not very sour. Appearance is a hazy golden with little head. Taste is rye and astringent. Palate is very even. Overall,

Bottle. Cloudy golden pour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is a bit sulfury, grassy, some lactic notes, definitely some funk, mild fruit, sun tan lotion, rubber. Flavors are nice. Dry, spicy, phenols, dried fruit (pear and apricot), some spice, mild toast, light tongue numbing sensation. Lightly tart, medium funk, violent carbonation across the tongue. Mild but noticeable hop bitterness and floral note keeps things in check (very nice bitterness level for the style). Rustic. Nice. Gamin (459) - Brockport, New York, USA - MAY 26, 2015
Poured (from a 22 oz bottle) a slightly cloudy, light golden color with a fine head that hung around virtually the entire time. Smells of mild hay. Has a bit of an astringent punch on the tongue as you taste it that mellows out to mild fruit and farm notes. A delicious beer. JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - APR 11, 2015
Bottle shared by a friend. Clear yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of bretty funk, passionfruit and malt. Sweet malt flavor with bretty funk character before a fruity finish.

Nice aroma, and nice full head. Competent saison in flavour and easy drinking though not the tastiest saison. jb (3414) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 22, 2015
I thought this was good but weird. Taste and nose both with dominated by drunken dried apricots. Also there was a weird sour taste. Very different tasting to me from the usual saison, original and good. Would have it again. PardonMyNuts (6) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 14, 2015 does not count
On tap, pours very cloudy with thin white head. Very light with not much in the way of taste. Very poor attempt at a belgain farmhouse style saison

22oz bomber (2013) from Artisan’s Tom River. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thick frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, fruity yeasty esters, grass, hay, grain, and hints of funk. Taste mimics the nose with lots of lemon, grass, and spicy grain. JoeMcPhee (9553) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 2, 2015
Tap at Coles. Pale golden pour. The nose is softly floral and spicy. A bit of light cloviness and a bit of light bitterness. It’s pretty simple, bit approachable and fresh.
