On tap at the Prohibition Pig in Waterbury. Hazy golden-orange body, moderate white head, sticky lacing. Nose is grapefruit, orange, and tangerine--decidedly citric--with a bit of general spicy bitterness. Flavor is a pleasant balance of assertive citric notes with more orange and tangerine. Medium to full bodied, assertive carbonation, significant bitterness in the finish. A nice display of the Pacific Jade varietal. craftycarl21 (2338) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 30, 2012
22 oz bottle thanks to Evan and George at the Beverage Warehouse for saving this for me! Cloudy orange pour. Nose marked with touches of floral and fresh cheesy hop, along with cat piss and bitter lemon zest. Flavor is much more aggressive and delicious with super fresh dank lemongrass and green onion scallion. Dry as hell, crazy quenching. Pretty unique and a cook utilisation of the hop. I dig it. On tap at blackback pub in Waterbury. Pours a copper straw color with little white head. Aroma is heavy citrus and some perfumey berry and bubble gum. Taste is a little dank and citrusy with more of that bubble gum which is odd but still a great beer. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - NOV 19, 2012
Bottle; Pour is slightly murky golden with an average white head in this glass. The nose is juicy, floral, some mild piney notes. This is a nice one - more juicy notes, caramel, florals, with some tangerine here. The bittering effect is somewhere in the center, creating a fairly nice drinker , too. The mouthfeel is decent here- this is a nice one jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 19, 2012
Draft at Blind Tiger with Vinny, Max, Andy, Paul and Andrew. Pours a deep, hazy orange amber with light white lacing. Aroma is very feint funky hops, which comes out a bit more as the beer sits and warms. Mouthfeel is medium, lightly carbonated with notes of light pine, floral, light citrus hops and a very light funk. Somehwat tame and restricted overall, but a nice beer.

Draft at Blind tiger, not a fan of this new variety of NZ hops. Poured a brownish orange color with small white head that did not last. Alright lacing. Aromas were on the bland side until it was swirled aggresively, notes of pine, cracker, and light citrus. Tast is sweet malts, wood, not too juicy or citrus filled. Finshes very grainy and ashy in the mouth. A big letdown from Lawsons. More Doub Sunshine please. Chalsk (1104) - North Caldwell, New Jersey, USA - NOV 18, 2012
Wow. On tap at Blind Tiger. What a brew. Pours a pale amber orange color with white foam head. Aroma of piney grapefruit and earthiness. Sweet citrus taste with nice resiny hop hit and a nice malt layer. Crisp but not too crisp. Tasty. Jool (209) - - NOV 17, 2012
Bouteille. Orange pale opaque et mousse legere. Au nez comme en bouche: tangerine et savon à lessive avec des notes florales. La biere est bien faite, mais le type de houblon ne m’emerveille pas. quoven (1) - - NOV 9, 2012 does not count
Incredibly average beer by a fantastic microbrewery. I, however, would love my $9 back AdamChandler (5206) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 26, 2012
