This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a slight dark burnt orange almost brown color with a sly transparency about it. Carbonation runs up at a nice pace to fill a nice thin foamy white head. Little bit of messy thin lacing all around.
The smell starts danky sweet onion with a menancing resin hop bittersweetness rolling in underneath, but then protrudes a big hop burn dankiness as it continues to warm.
The flavor takes in a big danky sweet onion sticky hop burn with big sweet resinous tongue ripping stickiness. Sweet to bitter grassy edge. Combined sticky resinous "green" (fresh) to danky sweet oniony aftertaste charging into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium in body with a super sipping sticky feel hitting my tongue. Harshness of the hops hit pretty sharp and bitter. Big hop throat burn.
Overall, wow, how old or how young is this? Though it kinda reminds of a day old SN Hoptimum, the hop throat burn is big on this one. Still, I liked it a lot as I believe that’s what the brewer intended. thepatrickman (1457) - Lewes, East Sussex, ENGLAND - MAY 17, 2016
Bottle, about a month old. Some hop bitterness and aroma, but surprisingly I found this one to be dominated by the booze and the yeast. At 11.1%, I tasted every bit of that ABV. I also got a heavy yeast flavor, which reminded me of the bottle of Double Sunshine I had a few weeks ago. Not bad, just not refined at all. bigda83 (854) - Jamestown, New York, USA - APR 22, 2016
Bottle via trade. Pours a golden yellow, light haze, foamy white head. Aroma of pine, dank, bitter citrus, and alcohol. Flavor follows the nose and is quite full of astringent alcohol, but was drinkable. Full bodied, sticky texture, bubbly carbonation, bitter and boozy alcohol burn to end. Bouteille, 11.1%. MERCI Jean-Ben !!

Really septic aroma. Nice flavor. Citric and hoppy. Really clean finish. Great besides the aroma. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 13, 2014
Bottle at Erics. Pours a golden body with light white lacing. Aroma is fresh pungent bitter grapefruit, citric and pine hop and light booze. Mouthfeel is medium to slick with similar notes of bitter citrus and fresh pine dominating the palate. A bit too much booze - if this was a bit lighter it’d be awesome.
