Bottle, with fantasy. Pours a hazy glowing orange with huge fluffed out white head, awesome lacing patterns. Aromas of bananas, wheat, tropical fruits, clove spice and hops. Taste is sweet and spicy malts w/rye, delicious fruity hops, banana, flowers, and orange peel. Very silky and easy going saison. Fresh as can be. Pours unclear velvety blonde with a creamy white head. The aroma is sweet saison yeast and rye malts blended so well with notes of lemon. On draft at the Reservoir in Waterbury, Vermont. Pours a cloudy orange honey gold with a medium sized white head. Aroma of bubble gum, cloves, mild banana and wheat. Taste is much the same as the aroma. Another winner from Lawsons.

Veiled dark golden ale covered by a nice white sheet. Deliciously spicy, fruity (pear, banana), bready, strawy nose that manages to be both light and relatively complex, all the while feeling very fresh - like sunshine in a bottle. The well-balanced, but never subtle resinous and floral hoppiness marches into the spicy rye with confidence and complements it very well. Highly phenolic, but never feeling medicinal, just very spicy all throughout and this coming from several different ingredients. While the beer sure can’t be called sweet nor strong, there are plenty of cereal flavours in there, bringing an oily, roundish texture forward that make it feel more potent than it is. Draught at Farm House Tap and Grill. Huge rye nose, pepper, spicy, light esters, hay and farmyard. Great nose. Amber with lace. Flavor is wheat, rye, pepper. Very malty and grainy, sweet and thick. Peppery finish. Nice but a bit bland. Body is a bit thick and heavy—hops don’t come through, but the rye is very nice.
