Bottled. An amber beer with a fluffy off-white head - a bit over carbonated. The aroma is very fruity combined with notes of elderflowers and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, hops, malt, spices, and straw, leading to a dry spicy finish. A bit light bodied. omhper (25113) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 27, 2010
Bottled, thanks Cletus! Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Dusty fruity nose. Sweetish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Salty fnish with good bitterness. Not the most flavourful beer ever, but a nicely drinkable one. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2010
Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear deep golden with a lively, rough off-white head. Some citrusy hops in the nose - and a whiff of phenols. Medium body, excessive carbonation, sweet fruit and a little aroma hops. Very subdued bitterness. 090710

Bottle in hotel room orlando... Copper... Thin white lacing... Soft toffee orange nose... Soft sweet orange passion and pineapple... Light sweet toffee malt brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 6, 2011
A: The beer pours a golden amber color with a small white head.
S: Lightly hoppy on the aroma with a hop profile comprised mostly of citrus peel and grass. Otherwise, it’s quite sweet with lots of toffee and bread malt aromas. Maybe just a light floral hop note.
T: Not the most pleasant flavor. It begins with stale bread, a touch of metal, and cardboard. A rather light floral hop note with sweet malt/bread and some fruity yeast esters. Hints of grass and a very mild bitterness.
M: Medium in body with medium to low carbonation.
O: My first Mississippi beer was a disappointing one. Decent aroma, but below average flavor. bhensonb (15191) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Bottle as Deep South Pale Ale from Julie who got it at Spec’s in San Antonio. Pours light amber with a slight off-white head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt with some citrus? hop. Med body. It’s APA roast malt, and there seems to be strong hop - but the hop is like fruit and pecan? A rather unique APA IMHO. Wouldn’t be my goto beer, but few APAs would. Certainly a good bitter, hoppy finish. DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 6, 2012
Bottle. Beer of the month club. As "Lazy Magnolia Deep South Pale Ale". Clear orange-amber color with a quickly-dissipating white head. Pleasant floral and citric hops aroma with light grainy hints. Flavor has a bit of maltiness, slightly sweet, a bit bready, light grainy notes, fruity hints and a bitter hoppy finish with grass, grapefruit and floral notes. Medium-bodied. Enjoyable and easy-drinking.
