3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle thanks to MrBunn. Pours an expected nut brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is very nutty, sweet, hints of caramel, and malt. First half of 12oz bottle was very nice tasting very pleasant, nutty, with the right amount of sweetness. Second half was a bit difficult to finish. I think this is the perfect beer to share.
12 oz. bottle pours a clear reddish brown with small off-white head that fades quickly. Aroma is malty and nutty, with pecans, roasted malts, brown sugar, and vanilla. Taste is slightly sweet with a dry finish. Body is medium with slight carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel. hman43 (1588) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUL 16, 2017
It pours light brown with a light brown head. Head retention is moderately low. The beer is clear overall. It has aromas of roasted nuts, pecans, and caramel. There are some slight spicy elements in the background. There is a strong nut flavor that is highlighted by pecans. There are some elements of caramel and other nuts with light spice. It has a moderate body with a lightly bitter finish. Overall, this is a nutty beer with light spiciness. kathouse (1894) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - JUL 9, 2017
Deep copper color. Nose is nuts and malts. Pecans are noticeable, but the beer lacks body and balance. swesson (454) - Highlands Ranch, Colorado, USA - JUL 8, 2017

Pours a clear light brownish dark coppery color with off-white head. Nuts, definitely pecans, toast, bread, and earthy notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with plenty of nuttiness, toast, and a slightly sweet malty note. olio (10290) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 24, 2017

Pours clear orange color with a small head. Aroma is malty and a bit grainy, faint hay, subtle hops. Flavor is also grainy and dry malty with subtle nutty notes, bitter, some faint resin notes, very subtle coffee. Dry nutty brew, could have a bit sturdier body, clean.
33 cl bottle @ home, bottled 11/2016. Thanks Timo A!chrisv10 (17474) - DENMARK - MAY 15, 2017
Aroma has bready malt and some peanuts. Feels sweetish. Flavour has bready malt, peanuts and some minerals. This has something in common with malty German dunkels. Rather good and rich for this ABV.
Bottle, 4.5%. Clear light brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, little burned caramel, little bread and a little nut. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, little burned caramel, little bread, sweet, little nut and a little bitter. zoucrew102 (1880) - - MAY 12, 2017
Bottle. Rich, nutty pecan aroma with notes of caramel malt and some grassy hops. Pours cloudy caramel colored with a thin, but retentive tan head that also has some lacing. Starts with rich caramel/toffee malt flavors with some nutty characteristics. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with excellent pecan nuttiness and a touch of grassy hops. Quite good, incorporates the pecans very well.
