Clear amber color with beige head. Aroma has woody hop notes, sweet orange, red grapefruit and some underlying caramel malt. Taste starts with the sweet citrus fruits backed up by the malt, continues with earthy hops and finishes with medium grapefruit bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Overall it’s really easy drinking DIPA with the alcohol hidden very well and very balanced taste. hawanna (3291) - Freising, GERMANY - AUG 8, 2016

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2016 Draft from Half Time. The pour is a nice orange color. This is a juicy, grassy, dry IIPA. The aroma is first rate, with lots of sweet floral scent. There is a bit of caramel, lime, green herbs - really good! A fine intro to this Missiissippi brewery.
