COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50cl bottle, at least two years old. Medium tan head atop cola black body. Aroma is moderately sweet, roast/coffee, light bittersweet chocolate, oatmeal, faint chicory. Taste is moderately sweet, milk chocolate, coffee, some roast, light earthy, faint anise. Creamy light-medium body.

3.4
Frothmeister (846) - Ontario, CANADA - SEP 20, 2015
500ml bottle. Pours black with a beige head. Lots of dark coffee notes on the nose, with toasty malt notes, and light ash. Taste is dark coffee, lots of dark malt notes, light molasses, and light ash that leads into bitter dark coffee notes, light cocoa, light caramel, and quite a bit of dryness in the finish. An easy drinking stout, but probably not a return visit.
