COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

[ As Le Bilboquet Corriveau ].
Clear dark black color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, oat, moderate chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted bitter, coffee bitter, chocolate sweet, oat smooth. Easy, balanced and very good. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20140714]

[6.0% when I sampled it] An unclear dark orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet lemony with slight notes of malt and spices. The flavor is also very lemony combined with strong notes of ginger, but also touches of other spices and a slight sourness.
