3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Bieres Cultes. Bright honey body with big puffy head. Nose is corny and malty. Taste is nice and hoppy with citrus bursts. Enjoyable.
Gold, light peppery dryness over sweet malt, citrus and biscuit notes, a little dry spice in the finish. bhensonb (15747) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 10, 2016
750 c&c from Wine & Cheese. Pours hazy orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is sort of lightly oxidized floral. A bit woody. Med body. Flavor is a rather biting hop. There is a woody/oxidized note, but it seems to work well with the spicy/biting hop. There’s a lot of flavor here. Pretty dry, and nicely bitter. dwyerpg (6410) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 4, 2016
The beer smells a little old but still looks nice. A lot of flavor for a lower alcohol beer. A tad bit of old staleness to the flavor but still nice. Definitely need to try it fresher. csaso (2321) - Missouri, USA - FEB 25, 2016
Bottle - good size foamy head, hazy medium straw color, honey and light malt aroma and flavor, some mild fruity hops, not bad overall

Pours gold with a small white soapy head. Aroma is grass, earthy, pears and floral. Taste is sweet with a light hoppy bite. Soft carbonation leads to a very soft mouth feel, very smooth. Overall a very nice and refreshing golden ale.

Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is sweet mango, orange, a bit of booze despite low abv. The taste is sweet fruit, big grapefruit and orange from the hops, a bit cloying but not bad. seymour (2120) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - JUN 17, 2015
Shared from a big corked bottle into schooner glasses. It poured a medium orange amber colour with sudsy beige foam, lasting with lots of fine Belgian lace. The Le-Brewery brewmaster was trained in England, equipped with an estery historic Northern English ale yeast, and now crafts his beautiful brews in Normany, France. Malty, biscuity, very nutty, caramelly, with hints of toffee, dried apricots, black plums and cherries, currants, citrus zest. Overall, it reminded me a bit of a familiar Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, except a bit sweeter, with a more complex presentation like a Belgian Dubbel, and open-fermented in Yorkshire stone squares. Light-medium body, strong carbonation, lingering multi-layered aftertastes. Well-crafted, delicious and refreshing. kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 2, 2015
Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold body under a one finger fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is slightly sweet with bready and light caramel malt. Just a little bit of fruitiness and light hops. The flavor is on the sweeter side, caramel and bready malt, light yeast influence. A little bland and boring overall, but I suppose that’s the style more than anything. Mouthfeel is a bit clingy with fizzy carbonation. Not the best beer, but no problems finishing a bottle. daniele (9640) - ITALY - SEP 23, 2014
