Scopey (14766) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2017
Bottle picked up at Fountainhall Wines, Aberdeen. It pours clear pale gold with a quickly disipaiting white head. The aroma is earthy, soft funk, tannin, sweet apple pie & custard and pear. The taste is crisp, clean, firmly dry, sweet red apple, some apple pie, grape skin, touch of acidity, light funk and tannins with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Quite subtle in ways, but also rather interesting. Quaffable.

Sample at Waldo Hopfest 2016. Comes a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma and taste of apples with some wood and barnyard. On the dry side. Nice.

Bottle, shared with friends. Light golden, fine carbonation. Medicinal phenols and corky undertones compliment very attenuated apple backbone. Finish is dry dry dry. Too medicinal for my liking.

mcberko (17847) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 27, 2015
On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, champagne yeast and a little funk. Flavour is very sweet, but also with lots of farmhouse notes and funk. The high sweetness is an interesting juxtaposition on the funk. It somehow works in my opinion. I like it.

MichaelAwesome (6519) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - DEC 8, 2014

McTapps (6889) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - DEC 8, 2014
Bottle from trade with Calisky - many thanks, Fred! The cider has got a clear golden colour with an medium body and high carbonation. Aroma of fresh apples and vanilla oak. Taste of red apples, mild green apples, leaves, honey and oak. Little bit on the thin side, yet quaffable and highly enjoyable.

kamwitsta (553) - POLAND - MAY 2, 2014
UPDATED: JUN 3, 2015 The aroma is mostly horse stable and some rotten apples. Not my thing. Pours clear intense yellow with a big head that immediately disappears. Moderately sour, a hint of sweetness. Medium body, fizzy, long and tart finish; my tongue felt kind of squeezed for a good while. Not really bad but not actually good either.
