500ml brown bottle. Golden, hazy. White head fades to a thin surface film and a ring in the glass. The aroma is bretty and funky and winey. The taste has funk, herb, winey notes, sourness, bretty funk, wood. Dry finish with funk in the after taste. A nice wild tripel. Bottle. Hazy golden body with a very lively white head that leaves thick sheets of lace. Lovely sweet spicy pear and funk character, sweet but very dry. Nice complexity and very high drinkability. Fantastic. Oakes (19576) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 13, 2017
Hazy, darker amber, has a hit of brett, nice pale malt character, the tripel sweetness is good, balanced, that touch of brett lending liveliness to the finish. Ferris (17800) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 9, 2017
Draft - Funky Brett notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Wine barrel notes, Brett funk and a dry finish. Complex and nice. mcberko (20289) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 8, 2017
On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast character and a touch of vinous character. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of brett, light vinous character and wild yeast. Very funky, with a bit of tannin character.

Bottle from halles de st-Jean thx Alex for buying. A: red wine aroma, fruity brett, a touch leathery, a bit of cheddar that has been refined with wine, subtle spices. App: hazy copper sparing white head. Some lacing. T/p: med body with light acidic finish. Soft carbonation. O: Pretty nice. It’s been a while since I last had it. Really enjoyed the barrel aging on this it gives a nice depth to the brew. Sammy (13144) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 4, 2017

Draft at Vices et Versa. Pours clear deep gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit, red wine, brett and oak. Taste is tropical fruit, wine, brett, oak, spice, yeast. Excellent. robinvboyer (4836) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 5, 2017
Hazy dark orange, with a large off white head. Aroma is is very woody, and very vinous. The brett is giving off huge tropical fruit. Lots of mango, melon and a lot of stone fruit. The fruit mingles well with the copious amounts of Belgian, yeasty esters, crackery, pale malts. Super complex ale, with a very soft carb and and a full mouth feel. The finish is very vinous, woody notes of barrel, white wine, and tropical fruit from the brett. Funky, and tart finish, truly a beer/wine hybrid. Nice stuff. A very wine-forward beer but with excellent spiciness and a dry finish. Not funky, which is for the best.
