COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
//// This beer is a celebration of the mighty West Coast hop, grown east of the Cascade mountains. Multiple varieties are used in this ale, at several different points in the brewing process. With emphasis on late hop & dry hop additions, we serve up tropical fruit and citrus flavours & aromas on a bed of pale and Munich malt.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a frothy to creamy light orange head that leaves lots of lacing. Weak aroma of grapefruit quick and pine. Medium body, average carbo with very fine bubbles, medium bitter and medium sweet, very well balanced, flavors of grapefruit, caramel and cereal and a long lingering medium bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy yellow golden colour, quickly falling white bubble head. Aroma is hops, pine, tropical fruits, bisquity. Taste full of hops, pine, resiny, lemon. Very high, yet pleasant bitterness, coming forward mostly in the aftertaste. Very good IPA.

Bottle at our elite tasting. Moderate clasic American biscuity caramel, high bitterness. Moderate to high hoppy flavours, nothing too complicated - classic citrusy zesty and resiny flavour. Quite good.

hazy straw, large dense white head, large bubbled craters. Soft lemon-lime hop nose, no distracting sweetness, plenty of grassy stable bitterness. More simple orange sweetness profile, candy early before light dough and metallic bitterness mid, finishes oily, thin, very dry. Straightforward, would be better without early sweetness.
