Dorée comme l’aube du printemps, elle a su en quelques instants me charmer de son parfum charmant et de son goût étonnant. collieman (191) - montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 29, 2005
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2005 A perfect wit. Nothing outstanding, nothing special about it, but it’s exactly what a wit should be. Pours a cloudy yellow tinged of white, thin whispy white head with crazy staying power, tight laceing. Aroma is herby and a little yeasty, with some lemon zest. Taste is dominated by cilantro, with some bitter hop and tangy orange zest and fruit. Undertones are a little smokey, crystal malt, yeast, some bubblegum and a few wild herbs. Aftertaste is bitter greens, cilantro, a ltitle starchy, with floral traces in the finish. Right on the mark with this one, exactly what it should be, somthing CB is known for. Cheers. robinvboyer (4737) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 1, 2008
nice nose of citrus, and yeast. A wicked flavour is citrus, and corriander, a super nice quenching beer. a great example of the style.

On tap at the brewpub. Served with a lime, which was quickly discarded. Really looks good: hazy medium yellow, almost fades to white in the upper half, small tight white head. First impression on aroma was banana, second impression was pineapple and lemon zest. Taste of yeast, lots of citrus, very flavourful. Medium mouthfeel. Grew on me quite a bit, I was scribbling how much I loved it at the end (as I read now a week later). 3 solid beers here tonight, I’ll be back. sudomorph (1181) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 2, 2017
Draft at Spag & Tini Quebec City. Pours the colour of a ripe orange with a finger of white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma has bright notes of citrus, wheat, and faint spice. Taste is balanced well with citrus, wheat, slight clove, and a quick ending.
Medium body and carbon. Clean in the mouth with a mildly dry finish. Overall nice and refreshing. Quevillon (3158) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 10, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 9, 2007 Deuxième de quatre verres de dégustations. Oui, ce n’est pas la version RJ, très belle couleur jaune/blanche, très bon goût d’agrume. Très rafréchissante. Haggisboy (9) - Montreal, CANADA - MAY 20, 2007 does not count
This beer could best be described as a toned down cousin to Unibroue’s Blanche de Chambly. That’s not giving it short shrift, however. With less spicyness tartness, this beer might actually win over fans who are not used to the more pronounced attributes of wheat beer that Chambly possesses. Highly drinkable and very smooth going down, this beer would go well in just about any situation. An excellent choice for the novice wit beer drinker, and those tired of mainstream beer and looking to explore. gilvanblight (826) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 4, 2005
Strong appealing fruity scent. Little head with some retention. Very easy drinking and flavorful. Not very complex. Nice gold slightly opaque colour. I could drink this all night.
