On tap at the Brewpub. Slightly hazy gold pour with creamy (nitro) white head. Aroma is grassy, orange peel, nice dank weedy hop aroma. Taste is mind blowing, so much delicious orange zest, creamsicle, dank hop, piney, so good, probably the best IIPA I ever tried so far, at the first sip my eyes lit up like a five year old in a firestation. Palate is so smooth (nitro), soft carbonation, so easy drinking. Amazing.

On tap @ Le Cheval Blanc. Hazed straw pour with a white head. Nitro pour, I guess. Nose is pretty good, actually. Really citric and fruity. Mild pineapple, some grapefruit, and orange. A little grassy, too. Flavor is pretty sharp and citric. A lot of grapefruit. Mild grass and pine. The nitro kind of ruins the intensity of the beer, though. Otherwise, pretty nice.

Quelle bire incroyable.

Creamer at brewpub. Pours a still looking copper with a huge creamy white head that leaves really intense lacing. Nose is of pine and tropical fruits, effective. Taste is really bitter but not harsh, fruity and sweet. Carbonation seemed low, mouthfeel was juicy/creamy. It was also a little sticky and that gets tiring after a while. Still, really fun and good!

Beauty looking with a nice creamy white head. Notes of lemon, maybe some vanilla well balanced but on the low-ish bitterness end. Solid.
