3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My Bottom Line:
This textbook Witbier may be a tad heavy on the coriander, but its leanness and refreshing spiciness can be endearing.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the cloudy blond-hued white.
-Floral and fruity are also apparent, most of which must come from the coriander.
-Carbonation is rather low for the style.
-Drinkability is reduced by the coriander prevalence.
On tap at the brewpub.
