In short: A well done by-the-book Pale Ale with a bit of everything you want from the style. Highly drinkable.
How: On tap somewhere (Brouhaha?)
The look: Clear golden blonde body topped by a small off-white head leaving good lacing
In long: The pleasant nose is a bit floral and herbal with resinous notes. The body pleasantly light and juicy without feeling watery in any way. The taste has the refreshing fruity notes one expect from a refreshing pale ale. In this case citrus fruits, apricots and even an orange zest. Some caramel and a touch of honey but overall the sweetness level is pleasantly low. The mild bitterness is citrusy, herbal and just a little resinous. An impressive beginning by this newcomer of the quebec beer scene. First beer I have from them and I can already assert that this is in the top-10 Carleton-sur-Mer breweries.

Bottle (500 ml). Bottle November 13th 2012, so this one is 4 month old (crap, didnt saw it when I bought it). Clear amber with a small fully lasting white head and small lacing. Aroma is of citrus along with floral notes and slight caramel. Hops are faded though. Taste is slightly sweet with a lot of citrus, floral/herbal notes and slight caramel. Herbal finish. Slight but sticky bitterness. Medium body. Slightly watery. Still refreshing and drinkable even with 4-month of age. Pretty decent bottled APA, its probably fun too drink (except if its a lot more herbal young).

Bottle @mondial de la bire. A clear amber beer, nose is on caramel and hops. Aroma is on a classic pale ale, well hopy with resin notes at the finish, good body, malty, good stuff, nice hops bouquet, enjoyable.

64 oz growler. Dark copper pour, yellowish head. Aroma is spicy, floral, I like the tea comment I saw previously. Some resin, some toffee like malt too. Taste is quite green, leafy resiny hops but not overly bitter. Well calibrated. Finish is bitter and pretty long, a well done low alcohol IPA.

Cruchon.

64oz growler. Nice amber body with a thick off-white frothy head. Wonderful hoppy aroma with oaky, citrusy, and brown sugar hints. Its sharp hoppy taste is a bit less complex and ends with a decent bitter/oaky finish. Good example of APA.

Oily golden brew topped by a limited white head that wants to go away sooner than one would like. Aroma is somehow malty with a nice hops sting. Taste is maltier than your usual pale ale but it is all balanced out by a good and firm bitterness. A good beer that I wouldnt mind having again,
