Pours a huge thick frothy head and has a slightly cloudy coppery appearance. Aromas of floral and citrus hops and a bit of sweet malt aromas also. Nice floral type hops with much citrus notes. A bit of spices come through as well. Oranges are pretty obvious, with hints of caramel. More hoppy than usual a Pale. Faint carbonation. Mouthfeel has a creamy mouthcoating sensation and is a little bit sweet. Really great tasting beer, and easy to drink.

On tap at Brouhaha. The color is amber with a thin beige head. The taste is of hops and cereal and herbs. Also in the mouth the taste of fruits. The aftertaste is beitter thus the hops. Not that impresive as an A.P.A..

A beautiful clean gold with a crisp white head, this babe has notes of honey and cereal paired with floral and citrus hops wafting noseward. Right away I get big notes of honey that make a velvet transition into piney and citrusy bitterness. Hints of lemon and mild spiciness crop up. There is a nice bittersweet finish to this ol gal, dominated by lemon notes. The carbonation is mid-soft and the body is low-medium chewy. Quite an enjoyable treat!

On tap : Clear amber color with low activity. Slightly foamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with decent legs. Flavors of caramel, barley, faint gingerbread, sharp lemon, leafy and herbal spices. Balanced sweetness and sharpness. Creamy full body with thick prickly and crispy carbonation. Light to medium strength finish, nicely spiced and well intensified, lingering peppercorn and hoppy spices, and pleasant caramel. Very tasty and highly refreshing. Overall very good quality craft.

Malt and hop intensity, as usual with this brewer. Golden color, thick head and persistant lacing. Very aromatic: fruity hop and malt sweetness. And so is the taste: rather powerful malt sweetness, crafty hopping that is awesomely present in the mouthfeel, medium-lenght of the aftertaste which is dominated by very pleasant citrus hopping. Again, in bottle, Id buy it a lot more often because this one is very good rendition of those great american brews.
