Bozo_skeleton (1157) - Grenoble, FRANCE - FEB 22, 2016
Dorée tres grosse carbo, collet imposant et persistant de grosse bulles. Aromes fleuris et épicés. Assez mince, mais avec une bonne presence en finale, piquante et amère. Poivrée

Bottled. A unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of pepper, spices, and berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, strong peppers, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish.

CaptainTilven (191) - Nancy, FRANCE - AUG 28, 2015
Dark amber colour; cloudy; fine light beige foam that quickly fades down. Smells of coffee, caramel, and also something vegetal. Bitterness, sourness, sweetness, spices all together. Elegant though cheeky.

PriorL (3068) - Gent, BELGIUM - JAN 3, 2015
Sample at Vini Birri, shared with Mathieu87 and 77ships. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, small unstable white head. NOSE: gingerbread, peper. TASTE: pepper, yeasty. Not really my thing.

77ships (9827) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 8, 2014
750 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2014. Golden, bubbles on the side. Mildly milky yeast nose, spices. Taste is yeasty, milky with spices, kitchen spices,… Yeasty body. Another beer that is just way too dominated by yeast for me even if there is nothing particularily wrong with it.

Bottle sample @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli ’14, Bruxelles.

Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 15, 2010
Bottled 75cl. Courtesy of Laurent Mousson. It pours an amber beer with a decent head. Slightly leathery, phenolic. Good bitterness. Decent.

Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 15, 2010
courtesy of Laurent Mousson and Marjorie Jacobi - clear bronze colour with a little pale beige foam; yeasty and slightly phenolic, a touch of lavender; initial sweetness and a good malt backbone, creamy mouthfeel and a light bitterness; long yeasty and slightly spicy finish
