(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a bubbly, rough, off-white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with very fresh apple notes and throughout a perfect balance between sweetness and apply acidity making this rather pleasant. 170707

fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 30, 2011
Corked bottle from Le Comptoir du Terroir, Paris; vintage 2008, 2 years old
Hazy deep blond color; huge foam, reducing quickly; nice fine perlage, sustaining a thin head. Nice aroma of apples, apple skins, wood; it’s also citrusy, some magnesia. Dry cider, as promised; it has a good apple flavor, with a wood touch, and a good level of acidity; it has a light astringency, less than other French ciders, but enough to give it some character. Very good.

mcberko (17853) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 11, 2016
750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of champagney notes, barnyard funk and dry leather. Flavour is very funky, with lots of champagne yeast, farmhouse funk and medium sweetness on the finish. Wonderfully constructed. Somehow the sweetness is prominent while the finish is bone dry. Excellent.

bhensonb (15235) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 6, 2017
750 c&c from the Arden Whole Foods in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of funk and apple skins. Med body at least. Flavor starts funky in a nice way, moves on to apple and skin. It’s not really dry, but it is rather astringent. Perhaps not the best Norman cidre, but very enjoyable.

Tmoney99 (14495) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 5, 2013
Bottle sample. Poured hazy orange color with a minimal fizzy head that diminished slowly with good legs. Medium floral sweet apple aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and good legs. Medium sweet apple flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable refreshing beverage.
