A lightly hazed golden ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at L’autre oeil.

Pours a very clear "white" with no head and no lacing. Nose leaves a definite lambic impression (I know it isn’t one) with some clean lactic notes and fruity hops. Taste is dry and fruity from the hops again with a moderate and clean tartness again. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. A very interesting dryhopped sour, this one.

on tap at griendel, qc - first anniversary. hazy very light golden pour with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. soured wheat and other cereals, tropical fruits - pineapples and honeydew melons mostly; on-the-spot tartness - mainly lactic; sulphur traces, onion and garlic bitterness which is kewl, very mineral white wine, lots of minerals. moderate carbonation, light body - thin; dry, tart and bitter herbal-citrusy finish. a good dry-hopped brett berliner - much enjoyed!

Bien.
