Les Limbes est une bière née de la patience dévote consentie traditionnellement aux Rouges de Flandres, mais surtout l’affection commune entre Le Trou du diable et Dieu du Ciel ! Vingt-quatre mois de maturation en barriques de vin rouge lui confèrent un nez aux notes de cerises aigrelettes et balsamiques, sur fond de vanille et de noisette. La bouche, vineuse et au fruit généreux, s’étire dans une finale divine, entrouvant au juste l’étroite porte du salut universel.

RBSG16 Grand Tasting. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Big funk and a bit of acid on the nose. Wood. Medium bodied, acid, funk, soft and chewy. Wood, soft berries, stone fruit, murky raspberry. Slow acid and wood into the finish.
