Tap at Wvrst. Pale golden gorgeous brew. White head. Sticky and lovely. A bit of juicy and citrusy character. Peppery and spicy with a fresh estery finish. A bit of pear and apple esters. Nicely dry and a little bit minerally and leafy on the back. A touch of noble character. Fresh and quite tasty. Delicious. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 17, 2009
Sample. Nice Belgian blonde aroma. Yellow. Soft wood, a bit floral, salt and Belgian. JulienHuxley (5807) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 2, 2010
On tap at the pub. Golden pour with frothy white head. Very interesting aroma of watermelon, citrus, yeast, hay and fresh bread. It tastes mostly fresh cereal, bread, yeast and herbs. Straightforward. Medium/thin body, lively and sharp carbonation. Very decetn belgian ale. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 11, 2006

A spicy, orangey fruitiness seeps from the well-extracted pale malt sweetness, and the Belgian yeast signature renders greater complexity. Still very drinkable, but much better rounded overall, and more flavorful too. I have to say the herbal qualities of the hops and the doughy yeast character kind of clash though... 3.4/5 and 3.6/5
Any first impressions?
-A sheet of foam covers the clear pale gold.
-Bubblegummy yeast emanations and characterless cereals fail to excite the nostrils.
-Macro lager-like cleanliness and very basic cereal flavors astound the palate.
-The rather prickly yet low carbonation cannot conceal the watery passages.
What if you dig deeper?
-Cereals again polish the finish.
-Chick peas appear in the nose after a while; is DMS starting to show its repulsive self?
-There really is not much to talk about in what turns out to be a macro replacement Belgian Ale. A rare disappointment from Trou du Diable.
On tap at the brewpub. 2.6/5
A blonde belgian ale with a thick creamy frothy white head. In aroma, fruity esters, loads of cloves, red melon, berries. In mouth, a smooth belgian ale with light cloves, bananasa bit like a crystal weizen, nice and smooth. On tap at Vices et versa, Feb. 13 2011.

Draught at TdD Tap Takeover, Wvrst, May 26. Pours a beautiful clear gold with an average size diminishing frothy white and nice lacing on the glass. Mild aroma of grain, light hops, fruit and bready malt. Flavour is Lager-ish with more grassy hops in the finish. Average to medium bodied. Interesting but ultimately just O.K. solidfunk (8949) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUL 1, 2013
Nice light sessionable Belgian. Pours clear golden with ok head and lacing. Light floral aroma with some yeast, sweet malt and a touch of tangy booze. Sweet and tangy finish with cool zest at the end. Average carbonation, slick texture. Tap at Wvrst. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - OCT 29, 2013

Tap at Bar Volo. Yeasty, wheaty, citric, grassy, fruity. Crisp carbonation. Alright. Didn’t really notice it disappear. I guess that’s the main point of this brew.
(Rating #2617)
