Drank at Matts parents in Ottawa. Bottle from Brouhaha. Cloudy orange with white head. Smells of orange, apricot, woody hop, slightly spicy caramel malt, booze, musty. Taste is medium bitterness, medium spicy acidic orange. Body is medium, citric fizziness, finishes a bit watery. Boozy musty orange + hop. Slight strong ale, almost yeast notes. Nice nose, taste is more flat.

Bottle from Brou Ha Ha at parents in Ottawa. Hazy golden orange pour with sticky white head. Aroma is citrus peel and dank tropical fruit with some pilsner malt underneath. Taste is tart citric bitterness with smooth honey malt notes. Nice mango and citrus peel flavors. Smooth palate with good carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter. Would get again.

S variasjonene l i humleprofilene. Deilige l alle fire, dog uten vre minneverdige. Denne var kanskje den beste? Flyelsmyk og samtidig med det ndvendige humlebittet. Ganske trr. Noe krydder/pepper, preskall, lime, svart te, gjr overmodne br. Humlen er Calypso. Interesant. Synd at de olfaktoriske evnene mine var sterkt reduserte av forkjlelse.

Bierdimpfe (624) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 16, 2016
Hazy amber color with lots of activity. 2 finger head that last a weak 5 minutes with faint lacing. Flavors of faint hops, floral, a little yeasty, caramel, and citrus. More like an Witbier style IPA with a soft delicate grassy hoppy feel with tropical fruits, well balanced. Great sharpness and freshness. The body is a little light with a well intensified medium strength finish. Quite delicious and overall highly drinkable. A sweeter and softer accessible IPA.

13.09.2016, tap (as Les 4 Surfeurs de LApocalypse) @ UNA:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, leafs, sap, hay, minerals, yeast, light malts, lawn, hops, moss, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, leafs, bark, alcohol, sap, caramel, hay, flowers, yeast. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

12 oz bottle: This one pours an almost clear golden color. There was a wisp of a white head and almost no lacing. It has a lighter nose. Some malts and tropical fruit notes. The taste is good. Just a touch of bitterness, with tropical hop flavors. Nice.

really is as advertised. Kind of a Belgian-style with American IPA influence with fruit flavours. I wasnt blown away, as there was just too much difference in flavour occuring at once. Ill have to try it again though as I once said the same about Rochefort 10 and it is my favorite beer now.
