The Etruscan (672) - Tuscany, ITALY - MAR 26, 2016
Off white creamy head. Golden colour. Aroma is moderately hoppy with fruity (tangerine, mango and citrus) notes. Flavor is hoppy too with grapefruit and pear tones, ending in an hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied.

Cybercat (5741) - Georgia, USA - MAR 23, 2016
Pours slightly hazy amber with a thick and rather persistent ivory head. Aroma presents resiny hop, woody and pear tones - and is that lychee? Not familiar with that cockatiel. Flavor delivers firm, resiny hop tone that is a little bitter and has pear and citrus notes for sidekicks. Mouthfeel has typical body but some good fizz. Catch this wave!

mansquito (6330) - Nueva York, New York, USA - MAR 13, 2016
New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle ($7.50): pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is light citrus and some weak malts. Taste is slightly bitter... kind of fruity. Generally uneventful. Not impressed.

Idiosynkrasie (7429) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - FEB 8, 2016
600ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, mostly lasting, fairly lacing, white head. Hard to describe floral hoppy aroma, notes of unidentifiable petals, imaginable as of pink and lavender colour, a cautious Kristallweizen-like wheaty touch. Taste is slightly sweet, floral hoppy and subdued tropical fruity, leafy bitterness, subtle richness. Exotic.

daje (4341) - NORWAY - FEB 8, 2016
On tap at Cafe Sara, january 1st 2016. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma with subtle orange and grapefruit, mostly wheat and malt. Taste is sweet, light spicy, flowery hops, light bitterness. Sweet caramel finish. This one falls between two chairs, nice elements from both a wit and an IPA, but mixing it up doesn’t really do it any favours. Maybe it’s time to stop the whole "white ipa hype".

Jow (3897) - New York, USA - FEB 7, 2016
Bottle at home that should have been saved for later but boredom lead to more drink. Pale pour. Nose is tropical fruit and yeast. Tastes of melon, mango, honey, floral, and bubblegum., verynlight and yeasty palate. Overall ok and light tropical experience.

nimbleprop (8280) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - JAN 28, 2016
75cl bottle pours a hazy gold with some filmy, lacing white head. Nose has straw, grass, lemon peel, mild spice, some stale biscuit. Flavor is a little weaker, light everything - lemon/grist/straw, some soap here. Watery finish.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2016 On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. A hazy, yellow-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Pine cones, resins and some pale malts in the aroma. Orange zest too. It’s dry and full to medium bodied with a quite high but nice carbonation level. Nice bitterness. Piney, resiny and lightly orangey flavor with some pale malts in the back. Lasting hop dominated finish. Refreshing and a tad boring, more interesting on cask I think. Rating: 6-4-6-4-13-3.3. 150611

Cask at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. As Les Quatres Surfeurs de l’Apocalypso. It’s an unclear one, orange colored and almost headless. Some off-white bubbles. Oranges, pine cone notes and a touch of malts in the aroma. It’s medium bodied and very soft on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. There’s a decent bitterness in the mouth, with pine cones and resin and a touch of oranges. Some pale malts in the back. A refreshing and tasteful one. 150611
