En fût sti que c’est bon. Au nez on sent les levures, les agrumes ( citron, pamplemousse), un petit côté ananas. En bouche les notes de fruits exotiques sont un peu moins complexe, cependant on note bien leurs l’acidité. Goût aigre de produits laitiers!?

SLightly hazy golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is a lot of brett, citrus, white grapes. Taste is brett, fruity, very dry white wine, and a bit of caramel. Really nice, suprised i hadnt ever tried it.

En bouteille. Couleur orangée apparence trouble avec légère mousse blanche. Nez dominé par le vin avec levure sauvage. C’est au goût que la complexité se présente. Beaucoup de levure belge avec une pointe de fruits en fin de bouche, pêches, abricots. Houblonnée généreusement, finale bien sèche. Tout long de la gorgé on goutte la maturation en fût de vin, légère acidité et goût vanillé. Palais enrobant. Belle bière pour beer geek de terrasse.

Bottle at Cafe Sara, january 15th 2016. Hazy light orange body with a fine white head. Aroma is bretty with berries, citrus and wheat. Extremely fresh and appealing! Taste is bitter grapefruit with sour notes, a funky wheat end and berries with spicy yeast esters. Dry ending, with a fresh sour aftertaste. This was just beatiful!

Oh, the old succubus syndrome. .. small sample at avenue.. . weird grape skin and grain, some fruity brett .. . mouth is fine, abrupt sticky finish .. not bad but didn’t quite impress me .. . . Come on, children. Let’s go get some ice cream.
