Cette bire ma t offerte en cadeau. Quel choix lumineux !

Poured from an oversize bottle back to back with the base. Pours cloudy amber with a lemon head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is Brett barnyard funk, hay, sour green apple, and spices. Flavour is barnyard Brett, sour grape skin, grapefruit, with a wonderful dry sour finish.

This is a game changer. I cant imagine a more complex brew. Pours a bright coppery gold with a light carbonation stream and a thick but porous white head. Brilliant appearance with a bunch of lacing blotches appearing later. The aroma is complex and bountiful with tons of beautiful fruit esters and musty brett. Orange peel and lemon zest combine with cracked pepper, coriander and heavy floral hop notes. Moderately sweet, toasted wheat malts, light peppery and earthy spice notes. Lingering musty brett notes, farm house and hairy notes. So complex and constantly evolves as it warms. Medium body with a doughy, basement feeling the pervades the aroma and flavour. Cant say any more....too much going on.

750ml bottle from TDD Shop. Aroma: funky farmhouse, red fruits, winey, leather. App: cloudy golden, small creamy white head, nice lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, velvety, soft carbonation but fizzy, light long acidity finish. Overall: as expected this is a masterpiece. So well balanced. Not too sour, not too sweet. Really well done. Cant think of anything wrong with the palate.
