This is a game changer. I can’t imagine a more complex brew. Pours a bright coppery gold with a light carbonation stream and a thick but porous white head. Brilliant appearance with a bunch of lacing blotches appearing later. The aroma is complex and bountiful with tons of beautiful fruit esters and musty brett. Orange peel and lemon zest combine with cracked pepper, coriander and heavy floral hop notes. Moderately sweet, toasted wheat malts, light peppery and earthy spice notes. Lingering musty brett notes, farm house and hairy notes. So complex and constantly evolves as it warms. Medium body with a doughy, basement feeling the pervades the aroma and flavour. Can’t say any more....too much going on.

Bottle 750ml.

[ As Le Trou du Diable Dulcis Succubus ].
Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, horse blanket, tart, grapes, wood, funky, medicine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart fruit - grapes, funky, wine, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. [20150620]

Pours a pale amber body with a thick and lasting head. Nice flowery aroma of hops. Rich and nice taste with hoppy tones and a nice feel and finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750ml bottle from TDD Shop. Aroma: funky farmhouse, red fruits, winey, leather. App: cloudy golden, small creamy white head, nice lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, velvety, soft carbonation but fizzy, light long acidity finish. Overall: as expected this is a masterpiece. So well balanced. Not too sour, not too sweet. Really well done. Can’t think of anything wrong with the palate.

Bottle 75cl, kindly shared @Bières culte. A cloudy yellow beer, nose is fruity on the yellow fruit side, bit lactic but not that much. Aroma is lactic at the beginning, then dry grapes touch, body is dry mostly vinous, then a massive astringency if coming with brett dryness, pleasant.
