Bottle 75cl, kindly shared @Bires culte. A cloudy yellow beer, nose is fruity on the yellow fruit side, bit lactic but not that much. Aroma is lactic at the beginning, then dry grapes touch, body is dry mostly vinous, then a massive astringency if coming with brett dryness, pleasant.

Bottle at Juliens Emptying The Closet Before Moving Back To Canada tasting, tfs Julien! With JulienHuxley, Caesar & Borresteijn. Cloudy, dark golden color. Off white head. Aromas: sour, slight brett. Retronasal: sourish, fruity, light brett, vinous. Flavor is moderate to full sour, quite tasty. Medium bodied, good carbo. Finishes moderate bitter, bretty. OK enough for a brett beer.

Bottle from trade with SlovakSniper. Great funky tart sour cherry aroma. Taste not entirely sour; nice sweet balance in there. Funky brett and tropical fruit with a tart finish. Very good. Thanks, Pat!

Excellente sour.

750ml bottle shared @La Tana (Rome). Hazy golden appearance with a big off-white foam. Aroma of bretta, cheese, saison notes, hay, gooseberry, very good! Flavour is low sweet at first, then some vinous charactere comes out, a gente sourness, some fruity notes, a dry and bitter end. Medium body, medium to high carbonation. Amazing!

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with hardly any head. Out of this world sophisticated sour wine aroma. Extremely complex. Light in body, hardly any carbonation, appears almost thin. Not overly sour, more bitter, overripe fruits, noble rot and again this extremely complex flavour pattern. Super delicious. 180315

Pours a pretty big frothy white head and has a pale golden appearance, but just slightly hazy with visible sediments. Lacing is ok. Aromas are mostly bitter and sour like, some oranges, strong yeasty notes. Flavours are fairly bitter, sour notes to start but are quickly replaced by yeasty finish. Also some flavours of grapes, sweet malts. Bitterness on the palate, medium bodied mouthfeel.
